Amore Hospitality Travel

At Amore Hospitality Travel, we believe exceptional travel begins with intentional hospitality, thoughtful planning, and trusted relationships. These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities, expectations, and policies governing the travel planning services we provide.

By engaging our services, submitting payment, or confirming travel arrangements, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor

Amore Hospitality Travel serves as a professional travel advisor and independent intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

Luxury hotels and resorts

Cruise lines

Airlines and private transportation providers

Tour and excursion operators

Destination management companies

Insurance providers

Concierge and hospitality partners

While we carefully curate travel experiences and partner with trusted suppliers, we do not own or control the services provided by these independent entities. All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, and operational policies of each supplier.

2. Custom Travel Planning Services

Our agency provides personalized travel planning, consultation, itinerary design, reservation management, and concierge-level support.

Due to the professional time, expertise, and resources invested in crafting customized travel experiences, planning fees, consultation fees, research fees, and service retainers may apply and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Reservations & Payments

A deposit may be required to initiate planning and secure travel reservations. Deposit requirements vary by supplier and travel product.

Final payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to submit payment by the specified date may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of prior payments.

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change until confirmed by payment and supplier acceptance. Availability is not guaranteed until reservations are ticketed and confirmed. Additional charges may arise from:

Currency fluctuations

Government taxes and fees

Fuel surcharges

Resort fees

Supplier-imposed increases

4. Cancellations & Refund Policies

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation penalties are determined by the travel supplier and may range up to 100% of the total trip cost.

Many luxury travel products, private experiences, promotional fares, villas, cruises, and custom itineraries are non-refundable once confirmed. Professional planning and service fees are non-refundable.

When refunds are authorized by suppliers, processing timelines vary and remain outside the control of Amore Hospitality Travel.
